St. Nicholas never forgets the children anywhere in the world. He has started his yearly visits to the Australian Ukrainian churches and to all who love him.
He was born on 15th March, 270. He is called Nicholas the wonderworker. He was famous for his secret gift giving and his service to the poor.
Most Christian churches honour him. He is one of the bishops who signed the Nicene Creed in 327.
His social service example is still given in the church as an example of what Jesus Christ talked about when He spoke about the poor and how important this service is to our own salvation.
There is no doubt about it, everybody loves St. Nicholas.
