Our Cathedral Parish of Sts Peter and Paul in Melbourne is planning to recognise parishioners who passed away during the COVID19 Lookdown periods. There were limitations on numbers who could attend funeral at that time
On Sunday March 14, 2021 we plan to have a Communal Parish Recognition of those who passed away during COVD19 in 2020
There will be a Divine Liturgy at 9.30am followed by a Panachyda .
After the services we plan to screen in the Parish Hall a Presentation with the photos of the deceased ..
A REQUEST TO FAMILIES WHO LOST LOVED ONES DURING COVID19 in 2020
You are invited to attend the Liturgy. Please advise if you plan to attend.
Could you please provide a headshot of the deceased ? Please send to [email protected] by THURSDAY 11 MARCH 2021. You could also pass on a photo on Sunday March 7, 2020 to Felix Figurek at Church or the Parish Picnic
We are also inviting our neighboring Parish Ardeer to participate .
