The meeting between two Heads of the Churches was planned for the 17th March in the Vatican.

During the audience Pope Francis and Patriarch Sviatoslav will talk about the situation in Ukraine.

Recently we wrote that three priests of the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church were arrested by unknown armed people in Sevastopol in the Parish of the Assumption of the Blessed Mother.

Moreover, Patriarch Sviatoslav will meet the Ambassadors of the USA, France, German, Poland and Ukraine in the Vatican. They will discuss the recent situation in Ukraine.
