After various obstacles (coronavirus) during the year, the blessing of the new UWA Victoria flag finally took place by His Excellency Bishop Mykola Bychok.
On Sunday 12 December 2021, at the Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral of Saints Peter & Paul in North Melbourne, UWA Victoria President Natalie Soloczynskyj asked the representatives and members of the Branches to approach the front of the cathedral for the blessing.
Sincere thanks to Bishop Mykola for the blessing, UWA Victoria President Natalie Soloczynskyj and Mrs Osija Anolak for organising and sewing of the flag, Ms Nicole Meister for designing the new UWAA logo and all the members present for participating in this wonderful celebration.
